Second Nature is a wholefood and health food shop. You can order a weekly organic and vegetable box, full or seasonal produce, delivered to your door for as little as £10 per week and free delivery. They can make up an organic food box based on the number of people in your house, your budget, your preferred vegetables & fruit or a lucky dip of seasonal favourites.
Products are very reasonably priced, Bob the owner says “some people believe that eating organic is a lot more expensive, but this isn’t the case, we can meet any budget and provide a personal service tailored to your needs”

The shop is stocked with well known brands of a wide variety of health food products, such as oats, teas, whole grains, dried fruit, nuts and seeds, cooking ingredients and condiments, jams, spreads and honeys, tea, coffees and hot chocolate, organic ale, beer and cider. If you’re looking for gluten free and dairy free products, there’s plenty to meet your demands, and if anything’s not in stock, it can be ordered in.
They also stock household products, such as the Faith in Nature and Ecover ranges which can be refilled.
Second Nature is situated in one of the oldest buildings in Walthamstow. Formerly a butchers shop, the picturesque weather boarded building traces it’s history back to 1750.
